At OOPSTON, We are so excited to introduce our new feature – FINANCIAL
You can now analyze your sales data in more detail, using the tools we’ve built over the years.
Here are some of the ways you’ll be able to use it:
- Receipt analysis: See which products are selling well and which ones aren’t. You can see how many units are sold per day, week, or month. Also, check out what kinds of products sell well at certain times of the year.
- Issue analysis: See if there are any issues with your product’s production schedule, or if you’re missing a key ingredient in your packaging materials.
You can also check how much stock you have on hand right now, so you know whether or not you need to order more.
- Stock age analysis: See how quickly your inventory levels change over time and how long the oldest stock is currently sitting around before it expires and becomes useless.
This lets you know if you need to reorder more frequently than usual or maybe get out some older stock before it expires!
- Order structure analysis: Use this feature to get a better idea of what kinds of orders are being placed on average every day or week/month and from where they’re coming from.
Data analysis, receipt analysis, issue analysis, turnover rate calculation, stock age analysis, order structure analysis, and related SKU sales analysis
Receipt Analysis – Our Expertise
When you receive a shipment, the easiest way to check whether it’s been damaged is to check the receipt. If there’s any damage or signs of tampering, contact the shipper immediately.
If you don’t have a receipt, find out who shipped what and how much was paid for it. Then, compare this information with your records of who has access to your shipments.
If someone has taken something from your shipment without paying for it and is doing so again, notify your managers immediately so they can stop them before they get any more items. All this sounds troubleshooting for you to execute? Don’t worry we will do this for you.
With our new feature, financial, you can analyze your sales data in more detail than ever before. The information will be presented in a way that’s easy to understand and will help you make smarter decisions about your company moving forward.
